We work with clients across all regions of Ukraine and provide fast and convenient logistics. You can order timber with delivery from our sawmill to the following cities: Kyiv, Kharkiv, Odesa, Dnipro, Zaporizhzhia, Lviv, Vinnytsia, Mykolaiv, Chernihiv, Khmelnytskyi, Cherkasy, Poltava, Sumy, Zhytomyr, Rivne, Ivano-Frankivsk, Kherson, Ternopil, Kropyvnytskyi, Lutsk, Uzhhorod.
Timber with delivery can be shipped using the following methods:
- pickup from warehouse;
- delivery by our transport within Kyiv and the Kyiv region;
- delivery across the entire territory of Ukraine.
Delivery time: 1–2 days after dispatch (depending on the selected delivery method and address).
The delivery cost in Kyiv and the Kyiv region is determined individually and agreed with the client. Delivery is carried out at a time convenient for you.

Returns and exchanges
Timber products belong to a category of goods that may change their properties under the influence of external factors (humidity, temperature, storage conditions), therefore returns and exchanges of goods of proper quality are not provided.
According to market practice and standards, a natural defect or variation rate of up to 5% of the total volume is allowed due to the nature of wood as a natural material.
We recommend considering a technical reserve of 5–10% when ordering materials, depending on the type of work, to avoid delays and additional costs.
In case significant defects exceeding acceptable norms are identified, the issue is resolved individually.
Before shipment, the client has the opportunity to check the quality and quantity of the products.
