Lumber with delivery can be sent in the following way:

Address delivery by own cargo trucks of company «Foreest».
All products purchased in our company can be delivered in Kiev and Kiev region.
Courier service (hired driver) or by passing transport. We deliver your order to your home.
Wholesale Shipping
Delivery throughout Ukraine. Orders from 30 cubic meters are sent by trucks from production.

The cost of delivery of lumber in Kiev and Kiev region is negotiated individually with the client and is agreed upon at a time convenient for you.

Payment options

You can pay for the goods in the following ways:

  • cash on delivery;
  • payment by card “PrivatBank”;
  • cashless payments.

Exchange and Return

Exchange and return of goods is carried out in accordance with «Consumer Protection Act»
«… An exchange or return of goods of good quality can be carried out within 14 days from the date of purchase (the term is determined by the date indicated in the shipment invoice), under the following conditions:

  • goods must not be used for the entire period from the date of purchase;
  • preserved presentation, consumer properties, seals, labels, packaging of the purchased goods;
  • availability of a shipment invoice issued by our online store when shipping goods ».

We will not be able to replace the product or refund You if:

  • more than 14 days have passed;
  • they used the goods, that is, they are no longer new, the terms of operation do not matter;
  • when returning and checking the quality of the goods, defects found (cracks, scratches, chips, mechanical damage with the exception of hidden manufacturing defects);
  • the goods returned to us in NOT original packaging or in incomplete packaging;
  • presented a package of documents that came with the goods.

If you have purchased goods of good quality, but for some reason want to return it.

You need to send us a letter with the list of goods to our e-mail: marked in the subject line (exchange or refund).
