ALANA-2 with fire and bio-protective composition is designed for treating wooden structures used both indoors and outdoors. The special feature of ALANA-2 is that it is a concentrate. This means you can very cost-effectively treat your building while being confident in the quality of protection. For outdoor structures, the dilution ratio is 1:4, and for indoor structures – 1:9. Thus, from 1 kg of concentrate, you can obtain 5 kg of solution for outdoor treatment and 10 kg for indoor treatment.
ALANA-2 protects against all types of fungi and parasites. The protection period is at least 25 years.
Treated wood with ALANA-2 should be used under conditions of moderate leaching, with air humidity not exceeding 85%. For outdoor structures, the treated wood must additionally be coated with varnish or paint.
It is also worth noting that treated wood absorbs 60% less moisture. This means that during further decoration with paints or varnishes, the consumption of decorative materials is reduced by up to 50%, helping you save costs.
For fire protection, wooden structures should be treated with the concentrated product.
Attention: do not treat already infected wood. It should first be treated with a bleach that destroys mold and removes darkening caused by ultraviolet exposure. After this, the wood can be treated with ALANA-2 antiseptic.
The ALANA-2 wood antiseptic concentrate does not require special preparation. Simply dilute it with cold water in the required ratio (indoor structures 1:9, outdoor structures 1:4, fire protection – use concentrate).
The consumption of ALANA-2 for wood protection is about 200–250 g per m². Apply 1–2 times.
Application can be done with a brush, roller, or mechanical sprayers.
Protective equipment – standard for working with chemical substances: rubber gloves, goggles, and dense clothing covering exposed skin. In case of contact with skin or mucous membranes – rinse with water.
Form – concentrated liquid. Upon request, the product can be tinted with marking dyes for quality control of application.
Packaging – plastic canisters of 1, 2, 5, or 10 kg.
