Traditional roof truss - what is worth knowing about it?

In the case of traditional roof trusses, the carpentry work is carried out on the construction site. The wood needed to build a traditional roof truss is usually obtained from a sawmill. The most commonly used types of wood:

  • spruce.
Sometimes wood species such as oak and larch are also used (however, these solutions are more expensive). It is important to choose the appropriate class of wood.
