What Is Included in Turnkey Roofing
«Turnkey» means you get a finished roof without searching for separate contractors and materials. The standard package includes:
- Inspection and measurements. Master's site visit, assessment of load-bearing structures, photo documentation, measurements.
- Material calculation. Detailed estimate: lumber, roofing material, insulation, accessories.
- Rafter system installation. Manufacturing and installation of rafters, mauerlat, posts, struts, beams.
- Sheathing and counter-battens. Load-bearing sheathing for the selected roofing type, counter-battens for ventilation.
- Waterproofing and vapor barrier. Membranes installed with proper lapping and sealing of junctions.
- Roof insulation. Mineral wool or extruded polystyrene foam in the inter-rafter space.
- Roofing installation. Metal tiles, corrugated sheets, or standing seam cassettes following the required pitch and direction.
- Accessories installation. Ridge, valley, eaves, and end strips matching the roof color.
- Gutter system. Gutters, pipes, funnels, snow guards — quantity calculation and installation.
- Eaves lining. Soffits with ventilation perforation for air circulation.
- Cleanup and debris removal. The site is left clean after project handover.
