Soffit Installation Technology
- Measurements. We measure total eave length and underlining area.
- Framing. Install reinforced battens or profiles (J-profile, F-profile) along the eave.
- Soffit installation. Panels are inserted into the profile and secured with screws.
- Screen installation. Protective bird and insect screens are installed if needed.
- Inspection. Check for absence of sagging, line straightness, joint tightness.

FAQ
Do soffits need ventilation in winter?
Yes, under-roof ventilation is needed year-round — it removes condensation and prevents rafter rot. Perforated soffits are not closed off in winter.
How long does soffit installation take?
For a standard 150 m² house — 1–2 working days.
Can soffits be painted a different color?
Painting PVC soffits is not recommended — paint does not adhere well. Metal soffits can be repainted with metal-specific paints. It's best to select the right color from the start.
