Standing Seam Materials
- Galvanized steel with polymer coating — most popular. Thickness 0.5–0.7 mm. Coatings: polyester, matte polyester, pural, PVDF.

Installation Technology
1. Sheathing Preparation
Standing seam requires a level, dry, strong substrate. We inspect the boards and replace as needed.
2. On-Site Panel Fabrication
Metal coils are roll-formed on site with a portable roll-forming machine. This allows panels of any length (up to 50 m) without cross joints.
3. Clip Attachment
Panels are attached to the sheathing with clips. The panel itself is not drilled — holes only in the clips. This is the secret of watertightness.
4. Seaming
Adjacent panel edges are folded into a double seam using hand or electric seaming tools.
5. Ridge and Accessory Installation
Ridge caps, valleys, wall flashing — installed with additional sealing.

Is standing seam noisy during rain?
Properly installed standing seam with a ventilated gap does not create excessive noise. Noise may occur without ventilation or without an underlayment membrane.
Can it be installed in winter?
Yes, installation is possible from −10 °C. However, seaming is best performed above 0 °C so the metal doesn't become brittle.
Does it require maintenance?
Standing seam requires virtually no maintenance. An inspection every 5 years and gutter cleaning is recommended.
